One social media user claim sey di International Criminal Court (ICC) issue arrest warrant for Senate President Godswill Akpabio.

Di claim, wey comot for Facebook by @VoiceUpNaija, don gada pass 140 likes, 92 comments, and 62 shares.

Accounts for Facebook and LinkedIn folo share di claim.

“BREAKING: ICC issue international arrest warrant for Nigerian Senate President sake of sexual harassment allegations,” na so di post tok.

“Di International Criminal Court (ICC) don reportedly place Nigerian Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, for international sanctions list, ordering im immediate arrest if dem sight am for any kontri.”

Di claim follow di recent kasala between Akpabio and Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, senator representing Kogi central, sake of seat allocation for di upper legislative chamber.

As di tin dey hapun, di senate refer Akpoti-Uduaghan give di committee on ethics, privileges, and public petitions for disciplinary review.

On February 28, Akpoti-Uduaghan accuse di senate presido of making sexual advances towards her for im office and im house for Akwa Ibom.

Dem suspend her on March 6 sake of di seat reallocation wahala for six months.

On March 11, di Kogi senator report Akpabio give di Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).

El-Abdallah tok sey di ICC suppose announce di opening of any investigation for dia platform before dem issues any arrest warrant for any suspect.
